Job Description

  • Grow footprint in Indonesia, establishing a physical presence on a phased basis.
  • Grow merchant services business in Indonesia through marketing activities and cultivating business partnerships.
  • Oversee marketing and brand building to large merchants, and business development activities with the leading shopping carts, payment service providers, gateways and e-commerce enablers.
  • Oversee marketing to the leading large online retailers across the country.
  • Strive toward acceptance at the majority of e-commerce sites of all sizes.

  • Job Requirement
  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in innovative and fast-moving financial services or online business, with a proven record of successfully leading and growing businesses in fast-growing markets.
  • Senior Management and/or Country Manager experience, ideally within Indonesia or the Southeast Asia region.
  • Fluency in the Bahasa Indonesia language is highly desirable.
  • Deep industry knowledge of payments, eCommerce or mCommerce essential, experience in risk management and regulatory requirements (especially in financial services) advantageous.
  • Strong communication and people skills, and enjoy working in cross-functional, highly matrixed settings.
  • Experience in a high-growth, face-paced business environment.
  • Good strategic and business judgment skills.
  • Education:Masters Degree or Equivalent
